Ready to turn a historic farm into a thriving North London centre for sustainability, arts, and wellbeing? Our Yard Ltd is seeking passionate, "hands-on" visionaries to join our Board of Trustees at a defining moment as we expand our footprint at Clitterhouse Farm. This isn't your average "sit and watch" board role; we want "doers" with expertise in finance, property, hospitality, governance, social justice, environment, youth provision and social impact who are eager to lead sub-committees and offer practical support to our core team. If you have no ego, a curious heart, and a drive to build inclusive community spaces through the Our Yard Vision, we want your skills to help us cultivate real social change.
Volunteer with us
We’re a diverse and friendly bunch of people coming from all walks of life. We’d love to meet you and tell you more about what we’re doing at the farm and introduce you to the rest of the team. The best day to visit is on a Thursday or Saturday when our cafe and garden are open. See opening hours at the bottom of the page. We’re always looking to meet new people who want to learn more about our work or get involved.

We are a primarily grant funded, volunteer-run social enterprise. If you are in a position to donate any amount of money to us we would be very grateful.
